Check out: 12:00. Late check-out charges apply.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in this hotel.
Currency: All rates are quoted in euros, include breakfast and all legal taxes.
Baby cot: Free of charge
Extra bed: For children up to 10 years old in double room free of charge

Bookings: Deposit of 25% of the whole amount of stay payable with the following methods:
Credit card or Bank transfer to guarantee the booking.

Cancellation policy: Written notice to be given at least 21 days prior to arrival.
The deposit is then returned (-5% bank interest, in case the deposit has been given with credit card). Otherwise the client is charged to pay half of the total amount for the agreed period (50%). In case of non show or early departure the client is charged to pay half of the total amount for the agreed period (50%).

Κρατήσεις: Προκαταβολή 25% επί του συνολικού ποσού της διαμονής πληρωτέα με τους ακόλουθους τρόπους:
Πιστωτική κάρτα ή κατάθεση σε τραπεζικό λογαριασμό.

Πολιτική Ακυρώσεων:
Ακύρωση με επιστροφή της προκαταβολής είναι δυνατόν να πραγματοποιηθεί εφόσον γίνει ειδοποίηση το αργότερο 21 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη στο ξενοδοχείο. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση η προκαταβολή επιστρέφεται (-5% για τις κρατήσεις της τράπεζας αν η προκαταβολή έχει δοθεί με πιστωτική κάρτα) αλλιώς ο πελάτης υποχρεούται στην καταβολή αποζημίωσης για το ήμισυ του ποσού της συμφωνηθείσης περιόδου (Ν.1652/86 ΦΕΚ 167 Α). Το ίδιο ισχύει και στην περίπτωση μείωσης του αριθμού διανυκτερεύσεων.
